The inside diameter of the bottle would be slightly less than that approximately 14 mm. or 1/2 an inch. The bottle height and diameter of these bottles are 1 1/4" across the bottom and 3 1/4" high. The bottles were packaged and wrapped to prevent them from any breakage and after opening them, nothing was broken and they were clean and ready to use! I heard about using vinegar which cleans better than the detergent and then let them air dry. The amber color helps to keep the UV light out so the oils stay fresher longer. They are great for so many things!!!! Making your own essential oil mixtures, tinctures and are handy for travel size shampoo, bodywash, etc.

Bottles will work for my essential oils but seller needs to update description. I only received 4 instead of 6.

I use these to mix vegetable glycerine with vitamin C powder for a hand moisturizer. I store the bottle upright so not sure if it would leak on it side for an extended time. These bottles are pretty small, so good for something that you don't used a lot of like a face item or hand item.

I got these bottles to make my own Vitamin C toner. The bottles are perfect for what I need....I didn't want an eyedropper since I'm making more of a toner than a serum. The bottles were exactly as described and arrived quickly. I also appreciated that it was only a set of 4 bottles instead of 10 or 12 (which is a lot more than what I need). Great seller on Amazon. I ordered these to hold small amounts of shampoo, cleanser, etc. while traveling and they got the job done. I am quite careful with my luggage and kept these tucked in a safe place, so no worries about breakage -- though I suspect they would hold up against slightly rougher treatment, too. Caps stayed on firmly and they look quite pretty lined up on a vanity. Shipment, packaging and service were all excellent - would buy again.

I use these for my own mixes of essential oil in a base oil. No dispenser, but I prefer it to the dropper bottles (the oil destroys the rubber) and the tiny drip lids are to slow and confining for thicker oil. I use large quantities when it's in a base. Perfect size.
