I bought the foam mat that you piece together first. It was absolutely terrible. I deadlifting very heavy and spread my feet. The foam mats would come a part and it would keep shifting everywhere. This new mat is absolutely amazing!! The material is extremely durable. It's heavy enough that it doesn't ever shift with anything I do but also light enough if I do want to intentionally move it. The grips on the bottom are rubber grips, so they hold steady. The size is just perfect for my garage gym and fits beautifully infront of my squat rack. Just as an added bonus, it also looks high quality/visually pleasing as much as the material actually is!

We leave this set up all the time now in our basement gym/den. We have concrete floors and this is great to lift weights on. Any marks from weights or the bench disappear quickly. I can lay on my back for some exercises no problem, but when doing an actual yoga workout I do put down a yoga mat on top for extra comfort due to the concrete. If it were any more padded it wouldn't be as good for all of the other exercises such as squats so I think it's perfect. It will definitely last a long long time! It does come with a strong odor, but that clears out in a few days.

I was looking for an exercise mat & had been focused on the 'puzzle' style mats that fit together. I needed something sturdy enough to place equipment on but comfortable enough to stretch & do floor exercises. I came across this mat (6'x8') that was close to the size I wanted and a single piece. It's 7mm thickness is just right so you don't trip on it but dense enough to handle weights & equipment. After some shipping delays (not the seller's fault), I received the mat and am very happy with it. It grips my wood floor well & laid flat almost immediately. While it did have a slight initial odor, that went away quickly within a day or two. One of the reasons I selected this mat is it's non-toxic materials unlike some of the other mat options I considered. It comes rolled up in it's own bag & straps for storage & transport. The free gloves are a nice touch as well. This is a quality mat that will last a long time.

It was the perfect size for my workout room. I t also help sound proof my floor too. Very nice quality mat!

I've been using this mat for a little over a month now for Focus T25, and thought that the wrinkles, that were most likely caused during the manufacturing process, would flatten out over time but they haven't. Maybe this is partly why it slides all over the place on carpet more than it should; causing me to have to put weights on the corners to keep it in place. Overall the mat serves its purpose, but is of average quality and I would not purchase again or recommend to a friend.*Update*: After leaving this review I was contacted by customer service, who in turn got me in contact with management. Management deemed the mat to be defective and sent out a brand new mat. Upon taken the mat out of the bag I could immediately tell a difference in the quality. After stretching the mat out I gave it a quick 5 minute agility test, and the mat exhibited little to no movement on carpet, where as the previous mat shifted positions under my feet. Customer service was great and I received the replacement mat within a week. Now I have a mat of premium quality that I would recommend to a friend or anyone looking for a premium exercise at a very reasonable cost.

I bought this mat to lay over my luxury vinyl floors in my home gym. It doesn’t have any give so it’s perfect for stability exercises and jumping but it’s not hard on my knees when doing floor exercises in shorts. It came rolled up but laid mostly flat right away and completely flat in 24 hours or less. It had no odor and looks great. I’ve been using it a few weeks and it still looks new with no scuffs or indentations. I am extremely happy with my purchase and highly recommend.

First off, I didn’t realize how much I needed this mat until I got it. It’s the perfect size for me or even one other person...but I’m not sharing. When I first touched it, I thought it was a little tough. But when you lay it down and walk/jump on it, your ankles, heels and knees disagree. The pain in my knees and heels is gone and now I know it’s not because my shoes need to be changed but because I’ve been putting too much pressure on them without the mat. I highly recommend anyone to spend a little extra money and get this mat. Your body will thank you! I live in Hawai’i and the shipping didn’t take that long. Also I’ve sat on chairs on the mat (it’s in my dining room), and there were indentations made from the legs, but those quickly disappeared after a few minutes. I also put it on wood floors and it doesn’t move. It’s easy to sweep dust off and clean. Best investment I’ve made this year.
