Remove debris
My husband stated that this solution is effective for the maintenance of tankless water heaters. It removes debris and mineral accumulation from the piping system. Additionally, he preferred not to incur the expense of hiring someone for this task. He mentioned that the process is straightforward and the solution is excellent. Furthermore, with just one gallon, he can perform multiple cleanings, which contributes to the durability of the tank and helps prevent leaks.

What you need to flush your tankless water heater. You also need a bucket and a pump for recycling this throught the WH per mgf recommendations. Annual flush, then dispose of this. Removes calcium deposits. You could also dilute and put through your coffee maker (use the remainder from the WH flush!). Recommended.

Buyer Beware
I bought this product to flush a Rinnai tankless water heater. Along with the Flow-Aide descaler, I purchased a Superior 1/3 hp pump and two washer hoses. Upon looking over the bottle of descaler, I noted it had a sticker over the cap. Thinking this was extra security while in shipment, I continued to open. The seal on the top of the bottle was broken but again I thought with the tape securing the top I "assumed" it was ok. After following directions, I started the pump. The water turned black. Again I thought this was normal. Turns out, it not only clogged my pump and would not circulate liquid, it also apparently dissolved my rubber washers and removed the metal plating from the hose ends.I will never use this descaler ever again!! I am hoping that it has not damaged my water heater along with my pump in this process. Your experience may be different from mine, but I assure you it will not occur again in my household. Buyer beware!!
