Ancient Graffiti Replacement Rain Gauge Tube

These were ordered as replacements and fit well into our existing holder.

I purchased this because it was the correct diameter for the holder on my weathervane. As mentioned in another review, the bottom is curved, but the marking for the first "inch" is not graduated so it the volume is significantly less than the other "inches". I place "inches" in quotes because these unit markings do not measure inches; they do not even measure centimeters. I checked the volume against a scientifically accurate rain gauge, and about 2.3 units on this scale equal one inch of rain (that comparison does not include the first "inch").

Perfect replacement.

I measured carefully but it was the tiniest bit too big for the holder. Trying to figure out how I can use it. Not worth returning.

This item fits perfectly. It's an odd size that was hard to find. It's exactly what I needed after I failed to remove the original which broke when rain water was not removed and froze when weather changed.

Great tube. Check size you need and with or without lip.

Having a copper snail yard decoration that steaks into a flower bed has a spot on the back for a rain gauge. It is very vintage in my family and I needed a glass gauge for it so this was perfect
