Very well packaged. Delivery time good.Knot hole on side which required filling.Unfortunate bend in the 2.1mtr. length, which did not allow a smooth flush fit.Still value for money, considering the expense of delivery these days.

I expected 1 length but got 2. These pieces were not straight and would not lie flat against the wall. The builder had to cut them into smaller lengths to complete the installation. It worked out for my purpose but not what I expected.

I needed a handrail quickly and this turned up exactly when expected. Not the greatest quality but for the money it was good, now painted and it looks fine.

I ordered the stained "Pigs Ear" 2 metre piece for a new banister. It arrived on time, but it was in Staines. I needed it for the next day so I had to go and buy wood stain quick dry paint, and pain the wood myself. The cheap wood banister was now no longer cheap!

I needed a handrail which is 4.2m long and one I could stain and varnish. It was delivered much faster than stated and it is of good quality and straight. Can recommend this supplier.

Does exactly as it is supposed to, straight and sturdy. I had to trim this and it cut nicely, no splitting. More expensive than a timber yard but much more convenient.It arrived much sooner than it was supposed to which is fantastic however I wish the delivery man would have delivered this inside rather than leave it outside.

Arrived very quickly.A little damage but not enough to send back and large item so difficult to be delivered perfectly.Exactly what we wanted. Cheap price compared to others I looked at. Would buy again.Thank you.
