I like the taste of these. They dissolve quickly in water and help with rehydration. I actually just use them as a rerfreshing drink. Not the cheapest but based on research and recommendations , good quality ingredients.

Easy to make
In hot weather this does help when feeling heady & perhaps a little dehydrated. These are great, have a glass & feel much better. Good vitamin content, easy & quickly made by just dropping 2 tablets in 200ml of water which you wait to disperse, once it has drink. Helps sleep quality would definitely recommend.

Great for post workout water haters
I work out most days and was looking for something to help replenish after the workout - and I hate water!I get the blackcurrant flavour as the taste is as natural as it can be for this type of product. It takes a bit of time to dissolve so I make it before the workout to drink afterwards. It helps keep the post workout headache at bay.Also great after a night out (or a good night in - which is more accurate at my age!).However, one star knocked off for how much the price varies. I have these in my āsave for laterā basket and check their price when Iām buying other products. When itās Ā£5 I grab them but otherwise I leave it as the price does go up quite a bit.

They taste grim
These might do the job scientifically but they taste horrible. They have the same āsilkyā texture/taste as dioralyte and they just taste a bit grim.I tried to just down it in one but couldnāt do it. Thereās got to be better options out there.The lemon ones are mildly better but they smell a bit like toilet cleaner. Overall I would use them if I absolutely had to but only as a last resort.
