Great product and a great price

I have tried several versions mag complex or simple mag supplements. This one has worked the best for me. I feel calmer and am sleeping better. I first took one pill at night and that helped with sleep. I now take one at night and one during the day (the full dose is 2 tablets) and I have found that it helps in calming me during my stressful day at work. I highly recommend this supplement.

I have been getting these for quite a while now for my husband mainly, after our local health food store owner recommended them. I bought the last two bottles from Amazon because it saves me a lot of money and a trip to the store (even though it’s “local” it’s not close to home and they are usually closed when I’m in that area). Anyhow, the owner is extremely knowledgeable with natural supplements for overall health as well as specific health problems, so after telling him about some of my husband’s symptoms at the time, he recommended these magnesium pills. Because there are so many different factors involved, including other supplements he is taking, I can’t say with total certainty that these have made a difference, but I am pretty sure they have helped him with at least three problems. They are pretty big pills but he has no trouble swallowing them.So the bottom line is that based on tons of articles by the experts and research and studies on how much our bodies need magnesium for so many different reasons, we know that we should be taking magnesium supplement unless we are able to get enough in our diet (which we don’t since we live like most Americans who don’t have fresh vegetables prepared and ready to eat everyday lol!), and yes I should probably start taking them too… and yet not all magnesium supplements are the same. So getting one that has multiple forms of magnesium like this one is certainly a smart choice, and since it was recommended by someone I have known and trusted for years I feel it’s a smart choice for us.

I’m not reviewing based on the product efficacy. My rating goes to the fact I couldn’t give it a proper try. I wanted to like the product, but the pills are way too big, I can’t swallow them, even cut in halves hurt my throat.If they made them smaller, I would give it a second chance. :)
