The media could not be loaded. I am super impressed with the quality of this lens. The actual product itself feels really nice, it's heavy and sturdy and sleek. The lens cap and case are great. But wow the picture quality is better than I expected. It is a little tricky at first, I have an iPhone 14 Pro, and the easiest way to get the clear pictures is to put the lens on and simply turn off your phones macro mode right from the camera app (little flower button). I love that I don't have to get an inch away to take good pictures like most other macro lenses. Also, you can lock on to your subject and zoom in up to 2.9x.

As long as it can fit to your camera, as in spacing around the phone its self. It works if you do your part. The picture I posted, sorry for any arachnophobes, shows a young American house spider. She is about the size of a large grain of rice, you can see the texture, and or fibers of her paper towel too. This is a lower res cropped version and it still looks good. On a phone that struggles to get decent pictures. On my partners Iphone, even if I dislike them the camera is even better, and was able to get a good photo of a hatchling widow. Its worth the money if you don't want to shell out for a camera, and don't need the best. Time will tell with durability, but as of yet it feels pretty well built.

Takes great closeups once you make it work, however it takes a lot of patience and don’t try to get moving characters cause it won’t focus. I have to start in the 1x zoom and once I have a clear shot THEN move to 3x.

The media could not be loaded. I have wanted a macro lens that wasn’t too costly to try and take photos of the black eastern swallowtail caterpillars. This lens is easy to attach and takes amazing photographs. I am very happy with this lens and would highly recommend to anybody that would like to do macro photography with their iPhone or any other mobile phone
