It fit my Hot Springs tub and came with new sensors. Quick delivery for our well used hot tub. 18 hours from 55 to 101°f... Yea!

High limit switch failed after 3 weeks. Disappointed because I set out to buy the best product, not the cheapest, and still ended up with a cheap product. Consider buying something else from somewhere else, that’s my advice.

Product seemed fine, but the terminal ends do not match my ends for my 2005 caspian hotspring, make sure you get one with the image attached. This one came with two four prong terminals and mine needs 1 4 prong and 1 2 prong like pic attached. It was well packaged and arrived quickly but I had to return for one with the pictured terminals that this one did not have.

This heater worked on my older (~2003) hot springs spa. I had to replace some other parts too, but eventually got it working and the heater is compatible and heating the tub.

Came very quickly and heated the hot tub up in no time. They should send you a diagram of how to jump the pressure switch on the motherboard. After reading the directions a few times I figured it out and had the old one out and this new one in within 30 minutes. I highly recommend this company.The price was also much better than the hot tub parts websites.

I received this heater as a warranty replacement for the original one that I purchased that failed in the first 2 months while still under warranty, and it failed in less than 2 months and Amazon said they couldn’t send another replacement even though I purchased a 2 year extended service plan. There is obviously some defect in the heaters they are selling. Now I am faced with freezing weather and a bad snow storm approaching and the fear of my hot tub freezing.

Was wonderful. Replaced the 20 year old single barrel model. Plug and play.

Purchased to replace 2007 model Tiger River Sumatran heater, #73790. Wiring connectors provided to attach to the circuit board do not match original wiring connectors. Choice of reusing old sensor probes, or cutting/splicing included wires to make new probes fit. I opted to reuse old probes with the new O-ring seals. About 1 week now and appears to be working just fine.
