Very comfortable; low [revised - now high!] quality materials
Revised 6/19/2025Holy crap have they tricked this out since I bought my last one! The new, mesh style model not only eliminates all of the flaws of the original model, but they added a number of additional mods that make it superlatively better. The factory lashings now keep all of the poles snug and compact, the main support bar is now collapsible making the packed footprint significantly smaller, and even the material used on the support claws themselves is of much better quality. I bought the four foot model as I though the three foot model wasn't as supportive as I'd have liked. This absolutely proved to be the case.I can't gush over this thing enough. I was already tepidly impressed with the original. Now I'm boiling!***********************Let me state outright that this is one of the most comfortable cots I've ever slept on. You can sleep in any position - side, back, or stomach - and the support/give is indistinguishable from a decent mattress. If only they used slightly better materials! I've already had one of the locking hooks break off. I'd also appreciate a slightly bigger stuff sack. The one they provide only *just* fits the components. Another two inches of better quality fabric here and more robust support bars would make this a universally carried piece of kit.

Camping Essential
After experiencing a cot like this I cannot go back to sleeping on the ground. This is relatively lightweight. I used it for car camping and the fact it can fit inside the small bag is a plus. I used this in addition to a 3” memory foam cot topper and had one of the comfiest nights sleeping in a tent.

Not ultralight but close (ish)
Used this for 4 nights at 10000 feet. Only had to carry gear a bit over 1/2 mile to base camp. Easy to assemble. Comfortable with a foam pad. I’m 5’6 and 165lbs. You can see it on the right edge inside the tent.Time will tell on durability.

Great Cot, not so great elastic
I bought this after seeing the good reviews on how comfortable it is. I've used it on three camping trips so far and it has worked great. It is relatively easy to set up. I'm a larger person and fit well on it. However, On the last trip when I went to set it up, I found the elastic broken on one of the struts. It's not structural but it does help with keeping the pieces together when stored. I'm disappointed. I will continue to use it and recommend it to others. If things change I will update my review.

Easy to use
This cot is nice and easy to set up. I like how lightweight and comfortable it is. If you add a sleeping pad its best as the cot can get cold because cool air will consistently flow under the cot.

River Certified cot
I figured if it would hold up to Spencer sleeping on it bankside or a sandbar it would hold my fat ass up. I sleep way better on this cot than any air mattress. Great the way it packs up nice & tidy. Glad I pulled the trigger on it!

Holds Up
The cot arrived quick and went together easy. I have used it several times over the past year and it seems to be holding up. No rips, no visible breakdown of the components. This is a pretty solid little cot.

not sturdy, breaks easily.
Got two uses out of it before the legs started popping out any time I got on. I'm not heavy either, 150 pounds.
