I have been hunting for awhile trying to find a good Berberine supplement after doing a bit of research. My blood sugar has been out of control lately and I’ve put on a bit of weight.I tried this out ( with a bit of skepticism) and it has helped TREMENDOUSLY. My food cravings are much less than they were without it, and I’ve been tracking my weight loss with a smart scale for a total of 5lb lost after just about a month. Doesn’t have much of a taste, it’s affordable, and is easy to swallow. I can’t speak for quality though, since I’ve never tried another Berberine. I don’t believe I’ll need to with how well this has worked.It came packaged well.

Ordered and arrived the same day! Took two pills in the morning with no breakfast, just a hot cup of peppermint tea. I love how it makes me feel, energized but without the jitters. I wasn’t hungry and really didn’t feel the need to eat lunch. I went out with co-workers and barely ate. I felt full after eating only 1/3 of my food. I did feel a little gassy, but I did eat stir fry veggies with shrimp. What I love the most is my stomach wasn’t bloated, in fact my stomach felt lighter and I still wasn’t hungry for dinner. I ate a small bowl of salad and was completely satisfied. No cravings for any snacks and still felt well energized at 9pm. I am happy with this product even though it’s my 1st full day of trying it. I went to the bathroom with ease and again no side effects at all. Very satisfied and will provide an update after a couple of weeks. Again, I only took the recommended 2 pills.

So I started taking this for a few days. I started feeling weird with stomach issues and it didn’t cross my mind that it could be related to this since I just started and I had low expectations. I kept thinking what I was feeling seemed familiar, bc it felt like a stomach pain I had before and just in general I felt bad but didn’t think at all it could be this. I was running things in my head trying to figure out a time when I had felt this pain in stomach before. It then dawned on me. I’m having all of the exact side effects I had on Ozempic! This zaps your appetite. Unfortunately I had to stop Ozempic bc of these same side effects that I was now experiencing on this Berberine, which tells me this no doubt is Ozempic in a bottle. It took 3 days for my symptoms to start. I startedOff taking two of these so if you are sensitive to Ozempic start slow with this just like the shots. Unfortunately this stomach pain I get is unbearable for me. I think ozempic caused me to get pancreatitis bc I was so ill bc I kept trying to stay on it bc I wanted it to work, until I just got way too ill . I’m am NOT saying anything Bad about this at all! I’m onlyMentioning my experience to let everyone know this is legit and works and I am still amazed bc I did not expect this to do much at all!!!! I highly recommend anyone considering Ozempic to start here first!!! Or to try this instead if you can no longer afford ozempic bc the ingredients work. I was on name brand Ozempic, and this caused me to feel the exact same way and kills appetite completely. IT WILL WORK FOR SOMEONE WHO IS NOT AS SENSITIVE TO THE GPL1’s as I am. I think I am just prone to pancreatitis bc I had an Aunt who had chronic pancreatic issues so I’m sure that’s why I can’t use it. This is worth a try before you waist your money on Ozempic. If you tolerate this then you can properly easily switch to Ozempic if this stops working. I really hope to come back here and see someone have amazing results with weight loss!!! This is my first time using this product. It arrived quickly. I did notice it gave me more energy and helped with my digestion issues. Only giving 4 stars right now as I have to admit haven’t been taking it regularly but am committed to being better at it as I would like to see if it will help with my cravings as others have stated. It was odorless and easy to swallow which is great because I am not a great pill taken.

Hallelujah something that works!!! I never write reviews on Amazon. For this product it's a must. I'm 46 marathoner runner and has a nutritionist. I workout correctly and eat very clean with 20-26 grams of protein per meal. At this age I wasn't a size 4 and toned any more because of the hormonal weight gain. No joke I've seen 174 doctors over this issue and no help. With my nutritionist I have dropped 14 pounds, but still stuck in the 170's. Hallelujah! This product works and no side effects. With in the 2nd day, my stomach was flat I could see my abs hidden by the fat. 2nd week my face is thinner, my body looks almost back. Energy level is amazing! I'm not tired anymore. No cravings! And no sugar drops. Also I noticed I am full after eating. I'm starting week 3. Can't wait to see more results

I have been using this product since September/October after quitting Ozempic because of the terrible side effects. I feel like it does the same thing as far as appetite suppression as Ozempic but just not to the extreme. I can still have an appetite as well and no crazy side effects. I still haven't gained any weight back on this that I lost on ozempic either. I was actually taking it for A1C. I have been tracking with a cgm and it does help sugar levels if talkng routinely and on time. But I'm not a doctor so please ask a healthcare professional.

As someone who struggles with normal hungry/full cues, I was looking for a natural option to help balance my appetite and blood sugar. I took this berberine for one full bottle, then stopped for a few weeks. In the time I was not taking it, I noticed I felt more bloated, and had much stronger sugar cravings. I am taking it again and feel less bloated, more balanced with meals and satiety, and the intense sugar cravings are gone. This product is doing exactly what I hoped! I highly recommend.
