This (Raw Generation) company smoothie is really on point. This particular flavor is amazing and I just finished a 3 day juice. I only drank these juices and water. NO Cheating. I was very satisfied, no cravings or hunger pains. Thank you.

Tastes great. Filling. I created my own diet plan. Alternate 2 days on and 2 days off. 2 days on Raw Generation 3 bottles each day. Then 2 days off which is 1500 calories max per day any food I want but keep it at 1500 calories. In 24 days I lost 12 lbs. I put back 3 lbs. but 9 lbs. is not bad.

I like these protein smoothies, they are filling and helps me get needed protein to get through the day.
