I've been doing weight training and I am not interested in a buying new sets of weights every time I go up in weights. This set allows me to adjust my weight increments. The grip style is comfortable and the craftmanship is excellent! The weights are durable and this set saves space. I highly recommend this set for anyone who is tight on space, and needs the convenience of being able to adjust the amount of weight you want to lift.

Everything works as intended, I wish there was a bit more weights but I am just going to purchase some additional weights separately. If you have these configured as dumbbells the max weight for each is 22.5 lbs.

Product was carefully packaged to prevent damage or movement of the weights. Assembly was easy. Very versatile set that lends itself well to a variety of workout approaches. Quality, sturdy materials and workmanship. Would definitely recommend.

This set is exactly what we needed to complement the equipment we already have! It can be configured in multiple ways to accommodate working different muscle groups and the separate weights allow you to add or take away as needed, even in the kettle bell configuration!The only thing I would say could be better is the efficiency of the mechanism to secure the weights to the bar. It’s takes a few more seconds than I’d like to screw it on/off, but once on, the weights are secure and don’t move around too much!The handles for the weights are comfortable and the long bar even has cushion on it to assist with certain exercises!

My local gym was closed for renovation, and I needed to find a way to work out without spending too much money. These weights proved to be very helpful because they are not only affordable, but the weight adjustment mechanism allows me to have all the dumbbells I needed in just one package. I would definitely recommend these weights for others.

I’ve been using this workout equipment for a few months now and I’m honestly so impressed! Not only is it sturdy and versatile, but the best part is how little space it takes up. I have limited room a so I was worried about fitting bulky gear—but this fits perfectly in a corner and can all be stacked up and put away in my closet.It’s great for a full-body workout without needing a whole home gym. Setup was super easy, and it’s been a game-changer for staying consistent with my fitness goals. Highly recommend for anyone short on space but big on results!

After 5 months of use, these dumbbells are as durable and easy to use as when they first arrived. I am really satisfied with the set and the seller provided excellent customer support regarding a few questions I had with the product. They are compact enough to make a nice gift, too.

My review of this dumbbell set is mixed.Firstly, I really think the long two arm curl bar is one of the best I have ever used. Fantastic design. Great addition to my workout. I’m using all the weight the bar can hold.However, I am less impressed with individual hand curl bars and kettlebells. The bar itself is much too long in both of these which is not user friendly. I don’t use either and there are better options out there. Also the Amazon pictures do not depict these bars as being as long as they are.Finally, the weights themselves are a bit ‘light’ for the size of the plates.All the best to you and your company.
