Wow, it really works. It gives you a good night sleep. It comes in scored tablets, which is great because you can take half a pill if you feel groggy in the morning.

I used Ambien for many years until my doctor said I had to stop. This is the only replacement that has helped me.

I have been using Unisom for a few months now, per my doctor's suggestion. In the past, I had used melatonin but that always made me paranoid and my sleep was even worse. So I tried Unisom. It helps me fall asleep easily. I do get up in the night to use the bathroom but I fall back to sleep pretty quickly. There are a few cons. First, the taste is terrible! If you do not swallow it fast enough, it leaves a horrible taste on your tongue. Second, take this about 30 minutes before bedtime and make sure you get 7+ hours of sleep. It will make you feel drowsy in the morning if you do not get enough sleep.

Whenever I travel I do not leave home without these. They help me get over the Jetlag wherever I go in the world within 3/4 days and I never feel drowsy the next morning.

I have taken other sleep meds and this takes a while to kick in. If you want to be asleep by 11:00, you may want to take by 9:30 to 10:00. Has a long lasting effect.

For some reason, this product did not put me to sleep, even though I eventually tried taking a bit more than recommended. I was super disappointed by this result because I had high hopes from the other reviews and also from what I researched on this product. The flavor is fine, although it is a bit bitter. It is definitely worth the price IF it works for you, as it is not that expensive, but that's a big IF because it absolutely did not work for me and I just stopped using it altogether. I wouldn't recommend it personally, but I guess it's worth a try! Hope this helped.
