Works great! My hair is very long and has tangled on every vacuum we've ever owned. No hairs tangle on this! My husband is extra grateful its one less vacuum he has to cut my hair out of!

Been using this brush for about 3 months now and it is always clean and tangle free unlike the brush that came with the vacuum.

It does pick up better than the rubber roll that comes with the L10S Pro Ultra. This one does work better for carpet due to the brushes on it. I did get it to help pick up the cat hair on my rugs. It does a better job than the other, but it isn't perfect and leaves a bit behind. So I just wind up taking out my Kirby and letting is give the rug a real deep cleaning.

I have a Dreame L40 Ultra. The ONLY thing I didn’t like about it out of the box was the original roller. My old robotic vacuum constantly got tangled up with the hair it picked up and I could see I would have the same problem with my new unit. I upgraded to this roller and there have been no issues since. Just upgrade, it is worth the extra if you have pets or notice that you vacuum up a lot of hair.

I have wasn't lentght hair and two dog breeds that are the worst shedders and not once have I had to use tangled any hair! Will be buying again.

added to my mova and both vacuum and upgraded brush are incredible. who doesn’t wanna watch a video of their floors being cleaned at ground level? so unbelievably satisfying. or am i just a nerd? spent weeks researching when i wanted to upgrade my just ok roborocks. bought a eufy c20 horrible battery life, didn’t have the ability to clean my floors perfectly. which is what i’d expect an expensive robot should do. this is a definite amazing upgrade to sub standard machines. for all floor types. 4 dogs(3 major shedders, husky, shepsky, gsd) 1 cat, 3 teens. yeah i needed the best and got it!!!

!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY !!! They will only stand behind their products for 30 days. This expensive little accessory & their ($1300) vacuum BROKE WITHIN THE FIRST 50 DAYS!! We are SOL & DREAME has the worst customer service!! All they offered was for us to ship it back & they want to repair my BRAND NEW vacuum. I requested they replace it, or refund me, but they said they can only offer to refurbish it. 🤬
