Look like cheap product and unfinished product. Need quality improvement

I have been using this watch daily for more than a year and is surprisingly holding well even in rugged environment and crashes but one time my dial crown broke and then it needed to be replaced and the watch cell also lasted more than a year but needs to be replaced
