Good yield

I always drop new seeds into water before planting so I can determine how many are viable. My packet had about 95% good seeds. Basil can be very tricky to grow, but I managed to get a few good plants out of them. Very fragrant and tasty leaves. For the effort and outcome, though, buying a grocery store living Basil, splitting it up and cultivating it properly probably results in greater cost efficiencies.

No germination or sprouting

First time using Back to Root seeds. Plant two batches using Jiffy’s Natural and Organic Seed Starting Mix. Both batches do not sprout, first batch already 18 days and the latest one 11 days. Usually, past experience, it will sprout about 10 days.Already request a refund from Amazon as the refund/returned window only has about a week left. I might received a bad seed batch, a common issue with buying seeds online. But will update if the seeds eventually sprout. For comparison, about 10 days before planting this, I also plant others herb seeds using the same soil mix; sage, genovese basil, thai basil, and cilantro from Sereniseed (also on Amazon), that so far has 100% germination rate.

Seeds

Germinated perfectly. However there were not very many seeds in the package. It's the same pack that you'd get it wal-mart so the quantity is probably this. I ordered it here for convenience

Poor germination

I planted these seeds at the same time and in the same way as some onion seeds that were two years old. The old pot is doing much better than the new seeds.

Good germination rate

Starting some seedlings this summer for an herb garden. So far we have good luck with the germination and are looking forward to using these mint plants/leaves in the coming months!

Not so great.

I recently tried the Back to the Roots Mint 'Peppermint' Seed Packet, and my experience falls somewhere in the middle. While it has its merits, there are some aspects that left me wanting more.On the positive side, the 140mg seed packet is generous and provides a good number of seeds for planting. The seeds themselves appear to be of good quality, and I had a decent germination rate when I planted them.Growing peppermint at home is a delightful experience, and the fresh aroma it adds to my space is wonderful. Plus, having access to homegrown mint is a real treat for making teas and adding flavor to various dishes. However, I did encounter some challenges. The packaging and instructions could be more detailed, especially for beginners. I would have appreciated clearer guidance on planting and care, as it took some trial and error to get the best results.Additionally, while the seeds did germinate, the growth rate seemed a bit slow compared to other herbs I've grown. It required patience, which may not be ideal for those looking for quick results.Overall, the Back to the Roots Mint 'Peppermint' Seed Packet is a decent option for those interested in growing mint at home. It provides a good quantity of seeds, and once established, the mint plant is a joy to have. However, the lack of detailed instructions and the somewhat slower growth rate prevent me from giving it a glowing review. It's a middle-of-the-road choice for home gardeners.

They grew!

We haven't had our harvest yet, but at least these carrots grew. I have used other seeds before with less success, so I am excited to see what our carrots look like when they are done.

Absolute Garbage - WILL NOT SPROUT

As with other reviews of their rosemary, it doesn't sprout. It's been two months and several different plantings...nothing. Have not had this issue with any other seeds but these. And of course, past the return window so just a complete waste of money.
