They use the highest quality latex balloons and their own custom confetti blend, both made in the USA. Balloon is packaged in a box and not inflated. Includes length of twine to tie to balloon. Helium or hand pump is recommended. Please note when using helium confetti will not stick to the sides of the balloon as shown, instead pooling at the base and moving with the balloon.
