Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix 8.5oz (Pack of 4)

Super Easy and light in texture, great corn muffin flavor, I used 2 boxes and made it in smallrectangular glass pan and cut out the squares. Also added jalopenos to batter and sprinkled parmesan cheese on top.When finished with golden brown I rubbed butter on it with a stick of butter, not the whole stick but just a moist covering.Let sit for 3 minutes and started eating.

All 4 boxes I received are expired. Expiration date was January 15, 2025. I received them February 20, 2025. I won't be ordering them again!

This is a never fail cornbread which has no bitter taste. In fact, I like to take a little butter and honey and make a dessert out of it. Or, with the honey it is perfect with fried chicken.

This product is always a favorite of mine. It has just the right amount of sweetness that isn’t overpowering the cornbread flavor.

Easy to use, and a great side for any meal. Great item to have made anytime. Would recommend. Tastes like the local diners.

No issues with product. Only bought this online as we forgot just before Christmas and was avoiding stores. Excellent for making corn pudding. However very expensive compared to buying in local store - price we paid for not wanting to spend two hours fighting parking and crowds in stores weekend before Christmas. Would never pay this price again unless in similar situation

What can I say it Corn Mix which you can make Muffin OR one Big Corn Bread MuffingI LOVE Jiffy Period and I Have This in my Monthly Deal!it my Go 2 Mix For Quick Corn Bread it already Sweet but myFamily love Sweet Corn Bread so I add a Tablespoon of Sugar with 2 box!it easy and Taste Good!!

This is for only 1 box even though it says pack of 4!! Do not pay $10 for one 8.5oz box!!!
