Overall: Recommended! Impressed by the easy setup for a supplement nothing complicated and just the right ingredients that seem to work really well in synergy for us for immune support. Love the combination of ingredients in this supplement. I was already taking cinnamon and turmeric, but with this supplement, I can get both of those and more in one pill. Love taking fewer pills. The amounts are a bit smaller but I'm still very pleased with this. A serving is 2 pills and there are 100 pills so it's a 50-day supply which is good. The pills are easy to swallow. I believe the combination of ingredients is excellent and I find them to be helpful. Overall I really like these and do recommend them.

This is a really good supplement. I'm pleased with all of the ingredients contained in these capsules and with the amount of capsules in the bottle. The capsules are standard size; nothing overly large or small. While most of the berberine I've tried in the past has been bright yellow these are a more brownish tone but I imagine that's from some of the other ingredients. I think the price is pretty decent for a 50 day supply and I've been taking these for a few weeks now with no issues. I would buy this brand again.

Well balanced Berberine supplement with added Tumeric abd Melon. Capsules are easy to swallow and up to date I have not suffered any upset stomachs. Still looking to see if there are measurable gains, improvements with my overall health but will need to finish bottle to give a definitive answer!!

We already use berberine in our household along with several of the herbs included in these pills. I really like that is is like an all-in-one product with so much diversity. While we have been trying to move more towards gummies and liquids, the sheer variety in these capsules is very alluring. We can effectively eliminate 4-6 other servings by taking berberine in these capsules. We have found that we are getting the desired effects that we were looking for with these. I really like that they contain Cinnamon and Turmeric. I think these are a great place to start for berberine intake bundled with so many other herbs.

Have used several Berberine pills as they're supposed to help regular blood sugar. Unfortunately I've never seen any help for me, but I may be the anomaly. That said these are easy to swallow, but have a distinct cinnamon flavor and aftertaste I'm not a fan of. it's fine if you drink them with something flavored, but not as great with water.

Since taking this Berberine supplement on a normal basis at night. I noticed it has helped with my overall sleep quality, and has made me feel more relaxed in general. I'm assuming it has something to do with the Berberine Supplement working synergistically with the Turmeric in it. But so far it's a great supplement to take to help de-stress yourself with.
