Had a little mishap in the original shipping but it was resolved super-fast and once it arrived (next day after initial issue), it is exactly as described. Super excited to integrate it into my classroom.

This is great for learning to draw blood or start IV's! The quality is great and super easy to use!

Arm is too thick for needles hard to draw the blood out

Great arm for my wife's practice for phlebotomy

The media could not be loaded. Ok this is not worth it look for a different one. Everything was easy to put together but there is a connection missing so you can take the butterfly needle can be taken off because it’s leaking. After the video the fluid reverted right back.I reached out to the company and was replied back by email showing me what to do. That helped me to change the rate.Thank you for your question.Please kindly note that if you are practising phlebotomy and infuse fake blood, you need to unplug the tubes connecting butterfly needle, and connect with the arm tubes.You could see below for more clear illustration.Hope this help solve your question.So this helped me.
