C J Wildlife House Martin Nest Single

Nice item looks good and easy to install fitted to the eaves of the house ,it has been up a few months but unfortunately no nesting birds....maybe next year.

This is just fine in theory. Where we had a nest before this won't fit in the same place. Having to have a think on how to fix in the same place. Sadly the nest they made and was used for about 4 years by the birds fell apart and this doesn't fit in that place.

They are now installed outside the window of my house and I am hoping the house martins will check them out as great nest sites next year

Arrived in good order.The edges to the entrance were far too sharp, I had to use a file to smooth the edges of material used.Wood support could have been weather protected.Probably well made for the job intended.

Bought two earlier this year and installed under renewed eaves (one site previously used by housemartins). Both were occupied and fledglings hatched successfully in first season.Just bought another as they tried unseccessfully to build on PVC fascia at another gable end. Supplied with angle hooks which enables easy removal and replacement for annual cleaning. I painted the woodwork white to blend with the wall and they look fine.

Arrived with hole at the bottom not the top! Birds confused initially but smarter than the people making this product and got on with it!

Solid and well made. Not installed it yet as it's a Christmas present, but doesn't look hard to do. Looking forward to see if the birds fancy moving in in the spring! Nice present, will probably become a regular purchase.

These were easy to put up with just a couple of drill holes and all the fixings supplied. Still waiting for them to be used.
