Q: The slices are not uniform in size, where can I order the uniform one?

Dear customer, our wood slices are made of a section of a nature tree, which is vary in thickness. So we can't assure your a uniform size, I believe other seller can't as well. Thank you.

Q: I ordered two packs of these, and both packs came with mold on them. Can I get a refund or exchange the items?

Q: I want to use a stamp on them, does the wood bleed? Would it work to use a sealant type spray on them?

If it comes from a hardwood tree, then it won’t bleed when stamped on, but a softwood tree will and you would want to seal anything from a softwood tree first. If you Google list of Softwood and hardwood, you will know which to buy. I would also recommend using StäzOn for stamping as it will give you better results if you want to see the outline from the stamp. Have fun.

Q: Exactly what kind of wood is this? What kind of tree besides just "pine"

Honestly, I don’t know but these are much better than other brands I’ve purchased. A little thicker, so more durable. Less breakage in the package when they arrive.
