I love love love the flavor and crunchiness of these plantain chips. They are my favorite snack as I travel in other countries and Inka Crops brand has been the closest to the consistency I've had in the past.The only thing I struggle with is that they use Palm Oil, which is super detrimental to the environment. I would love to see them utilize other oils that equal to the task.
