Worthy sequel of the infamous franchise. Difficulty feels to be tweaked down a notch, instead focusing some more in combat pacing and exploration mobility. The jarring characters and settings are back, though maybe after the novelty of the first one, some of the new ones feel less in touch with the twisted and bizarre aesthetic and lore that is expected.There has been an improvement on the items that allow to make progress, they are shown in a clearer way and is easier to figure out what to use where, and where to go.Generally speaking is a great game with a fantastic atmosphere, and a treat to explore.

I really enjoyed playing this game. It's difficult but extremely rewarding once you get the hang of it. Just like the first game I really enjoyed exploring, finding new weapons/items and learning about the lore of the game. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who loved the first game, dark souls, and metroidvanias.

Having played the first game just had to pick this gem up, it is a wonderfully hard side scrolling masterpiece! It is definitely dark souls hard but rewarding.

If you haven’t played this, you’re really missing out. Fantastic game from a smaller studio that really puts a ton of effort in. You can play blasphemous one for very cheap on steam or switch with a digital download, but I think you could play this without playing the first one if you’d like. Love it!

The game came great, I tested and all I can say is that it's totally worth the price and totally worth the experience, I haven't completed the game yet but I'm enjoying it so far.
