Why u gotta be so good
I really, really, REALLY wish we didn’t love these as much as we do, because they’re just pricey enough to make me think twice. But they beat all other electrolytes we’ve tried (I’m looking at you, liquid IV) in both flavor and effectiveness (it was 118 degrees today where we live, so I feel like I’m somewhat of an expert on this subject). Discovered a couple years ago thanks to a well placed ad in my favorite podcast Tooth and Claw (ps marry me Jeff??!). We’re on reorder number… twelve ? Thirteen? (idk man ask my Amex) I don’t plan to switch these up anytime soon. They were especially helpful during pregnancy and also during monthly special lady time (iykyk). Anyways as evidenced by my excessive parentheses usage I’m about 3 glasses of wine deep so I’m gonna go drink some now (also great for hangover prevention yallll)

Best Electrolyte Drink Ever
I have been using LMNT for over a year now. I am 73 yrs old & eat a low carb/ low sugar eating regimen. LMNT provides the electrolytes which I need in this hot, humid weather. I use one packet mixed with Bubly or LaCroix flavored sparking water. It keeps my energy level up, no leg cramps, dissolves easily. I bought the unflavored version this time around, so there is no taste nor smell. Otherwise, I prefer the Raspberry salt version or Citrus flavor. As always, check with your Dr before using, as it does have 1000 mg of sodium, along with 200 mg of potassium and 60 mg of magnesium. Works for me!

The size of the container.
I think this is a good product. This product reminds me of the EMS, Medical field. It is concentrated, so one of the ways that I use it is I picture the, intravenous infusion bag, which is a thousand milliliters of fluid. I bought a container roughly that same size and I mix the powder with that amount of fluid. That amount of fluid times 3-4 containers is what I consume during a day. Which is roughly almost or is a gallon of water.

Great hydration on the go
Love LMNT! The Raspberry is my favorite flavor but I also like to switch it up periodically and go with a different flavor. Was not a fan of the "chocolate salt" but all of the fruity flavors are great! Keeps my electrolytes up and also love giving them to my kids when they are sick or during sports season when they need the extra hydration. Super convenient packets to always have on hand in my purse or bag. I perfer these over the other brands on the market.

Love it but want more options
This is very palatable and effective! No complaints whatsoever. That said I wish the company would consider making the product available in bulk. That way more people could enjoy it and get the much needed benefits from it. Surely it would be a more economical option sold that way. I don’t think it would diminish the sales of the one time packets as they are so convenient and definitely great for a myriad of reasons!

They do the job needed, but the cost is unfair
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Got these to help with my “intermittent fasting” and they help do the job. Zero sugar with no flavor other that the salt taste, which is a given because of what they are for. I only gave 4 stars because of the pricing. I wish they cost less because, well, because there is not much to the ingredients. I am not a fan when companies take advantage of people trying to be heathy.

Great taste
LMNT has been a game changer for me. It tastes really good and actually helps me feel better, more hydrated and balanced, especially on days when I’m feeling off or low on energy. The orange flavor is one of my favorites. It’s light and refreshing without being too strong or sweet.

It works
I am a huge fan of Liquid IV, but found that I had to supplant it with some table salt occasionally after a heavier workout to get the sodium I needed to avoid cramps. I still use the liquid IV but replace it with the LMNT on hotter or more active days. Bottom line, as some one who has suffered with terrible cramps most of my adult life, these products work for me.
