Very tasty and noodles cooked quickly. I really enjoyed all the different flavors. They are a little pricey but totally worth it. All of the packaging is in Japanese however it's pretty simple to make. Open seasoning packet, open noodles, place in mug and add a cup of hot water. I have already reordered another package. I ordered some dehydrated vegetables from another Amazon supplier to enhance the ingredients in the soup to give it a little more substance but still make it a quick meal. The dehydrated vegetables i put about 2 tablespoons into the mug with the noodles and it was delicious. I did cover the mug with a random plastic container lid I had in the kitchen and the noodles and vegetables cooked in 4-5 minutes. Would highly recommend this product.

Each packet is just around 50 calories. The noodles and savory character make for a great mid-afternoon snack.

Perfect little serving size for a side soup along with an entree or as a low calorie mid afternoon snack to get you through until dinner. Only takes about 1-2 minutes after pouring in the boiling water. Would be great for keeping in an office drawer at work. Each only make about 1 cup of soup so they are small.

I was looking for glass noodle soups that was healthy. This is easy to make but a bit saltier than I was expecting.
