Good product, looking so nice DigiTek mic holder for reporting, color is good and with logo holder

Bought for Karaoke recording. When the noise cancelling is switched it, the Karaoke music also gets muted which did not serve my requirements

I've recieved a damaged product and it's not connecting also properly...now I want to return it the amazon team is asking me to talk to the Main dg tech company and they are saying to talk to the amazon support what the hell is this ! And one of the amazon executive cut my call in the middle of the conversation..she was a lady ...what kind of behaviour is this !
