They are e extremely sturdy and are easy to use. This pair is a present for my daughter in law. I have had mine for a number of years. I wouldnt be without them.😀

Sturdy little steps that fold up into a very slim profile. I'm about 95kg and these are rock solid so I can quite imagine they will take up to the 150kg stated. Though if you are 150kg I would suggest you can order someone else to go up the steps for you!These would be ideal to keep in the kitchen to reach the top of shelves and cabinets if you are vertically challenged. I use these for work to stick my nose in loft hatches and roof voids when inspecting - light, portable and well recommended.

Brought for use around my home, just going to start a round of decorating and thought these would be handy. I must admit i wasn't sure about them due to the cost (I'm used to work steps for my job and it's no saving having cheap lightweight ones if you're using them all day) and having seen them now I'm pleasantly surprised.Nice little unit, folds away nice and neatly, i like the little pull out plastic carrying handle in top step when folded (nice touch that). The steps themselves are quite sturdy if not a bit small in size being 30cm wide and 20cm deep with a textured surface for grip are good enough, although if you have large feet/boots it doesn't give much room when both feet are on top step, but I'm sure just for getting that extra bit of hight when needed they are fine, I'm guessing this is to keep the steps compact when folded.The folding/unfolding can be a bit quick if not paying attention, first time it very nearly 'bit' me, but now i've been using them and got used to how to do it no problem now. Given it 4 stars because not used them enough yet to see if the steps get 'wobbly' with age (some small steps develop a sidewards movement after time and can make them feel if they will fold up, or you can't trust them any-more), but time will tell on that one.

I have items like DVD's and books on many shelves in my home office, the top shelf being inaccessible without some form of steps or stool. I have been a rather flimsy cheap stool to stand upon to reach the top shelf and more than once almost lost my balance. Now I have this item I feel much safer and of course steadier and not only can I reach the top shelf with ease but I can also use the top of the step stol as a "stool" for anyone who sits by my side for awhile when I am accessing items on my PC at a desk.When space is at a premium this is invaluable, completely safe and such an easy thing to fold and store away.As the heading says - "I love it".

good design, sturdy, last forever. I have one and used it for ages. this is the second same Hailo 2step ladder that I am getting. can fold it with one hand and suit me well for DIY inside the house.

Really handy set of steps - folds down flat when not in use but feels sturdy enough when standing on the top step. I've used this for putting away groceries as well as decorating (but wasn't high enough to paint the room ceilings with though). This is a great set of steps that can be stored easily.My one word of warning though is the red release mechanism takes a little bit of getting used to. The strap handle and release latch are placed in such a way as to be easy to hold the handle and fold the steps flat with one hand - with even the slightest tension on the top step holding the handle, the release won't operate. This I have no problem with as it won't likely collapse inadvertently but the action of folding the steps does need a little practice is all :)

I was looking for something both I and the wife would find useful and stumbled on these compact steps.They have been incredibly useful all around the house and they fold up so neatly you barely need any room to store them.Originally I was thinking a standard stepladder would be the way forwards but after using these I would only use a stepladder if absolutely necessary!Since my purchase I have used them for putting up curtains, changing light bulbs, storing things on high shelves, hoovering cob webs off the ceiling etc and the wife loves them for the kitchen reaching those hard to get to spots.Overall I am really impressed and they are extremely sturdy and well-made and the grip on the feet and steps are great.

I feel very unfortunate with this purchase. The close and open is very difficult. I tried to do the return but you have to pay for postage fully yourself. And this is very expensive for this item. It is not an Amazon returns, it is a return to supplier directly and you pay for postage. So be very very careful. Do not buy this product you will be stuck like me
