Bought for my surface laptop. Works like a charm on the surface laptop. But the hdmi doesn't read/work when i connected to my Monster(gaming brand) laptop.Other surface docking stations are way more expensive, which is why I searched for a cheaper option. I'm happy that I found this! Serves my purpose for 1/10th of the price compared to the Microsoft one.

This 6 in 1 USB C dock, is the best bang for your buck. It works well with my M1 and M2 chip Macbook Air and Pro.I would recommend this product to anyone that needs HDMI, (additional) USB C and A ports, for their Apple M1 and M2 chip computer.

There was no C opening, but I should have looked for that. But it’s good for regular USB items like flash drives, etc.

I bought three. Two were gifts. I've tested mine with the Steam Deck and my phone. There were some hiccups, but they were on the phone/console side, not the dock's fault. It works smoothly, but be aware that the PD is somewhere between 20w and 45w. My son uses his constantly to use a controller (xbox) with his phone games. He loves it.

I have used Dell and Lenovo docking stations in the past and while they work as intended, they are bulky and expensive. I have also tried other docking stations similar to this one, but they either tend to get really hot when connecting a monitor to the HDMI port, they can't power my laptop or don't extend the screen from it but just replicate it. This one from Orico is smaller than most, is very well designed, provides full power to my laptop, data transfers are super fast via the USB port, extends my monitor to full 1920 x 1080 resolution, and doesn't even get warm while doing it all that. I use this to connect my laptop to my monitor (via HDMI), logitech receiver, and miscellaneous things I need extra USB ports for. I tried to plug my USB C charger through it... but it didn't successfully charge/detect it. No bother tho, because it gave me more plugs that I needed. My one gripe is that there's a bright blue light when plugged in. I put a sticker on it and its golden!
