Insulin Cooler Box Mini Fridge Battery Powered Keeps 2-8℃ Freely Working 24hours Continuously with USB Car Adaptor

The product does work as a cooler although the difference between the actual inside temperature and the outside display is about 2 degrees centigrade (e.g. if the machine reads 5.5 C it's probably about 7.5 C inside the cooler) based on tests using two identical thermometers. The machine does keep the inside below 8 C in a room of typical temperature (about 21 C) so it should be effective for insulin and other medications that have to stay in 2 - 8 C range. I have not tried it for long journeys and don't know how long the batteries last. The instructions in the box were in Chinese - I asked for instructions in English and these were e mailed to me as a PDF. This device seems like quite a lot of money just to keep things cool for 24 hours - a more reliable method would be a thermos mug (with sealed top) and small freezer sachets - total cost would be £30 max and with no power requirements or moving parts it would be a much simpler and more effective way of keeping small amounts of medicine below 8 C for a day.

As I am a diabetic on insulin this was something I needed when travelling for days in the car. The battery last a long time and it keeps my insulin at the right temperature. When staying at a hotel I don't have to worry about looking and asking to store my insulin in their refrigerator I have my own now. Well worth the price. Delivery was well before the time given, the person for any questions was very helpful at all times.

Very impressed with the cooler, the trials I have done so far have been very impressive, the small internal battery lasts over 5 hours and the large external battery lasts over 20 hours without mains power, and controls my wife's medication between 2 and 8 C so for air travel perfect.I was very impressed with the communication by emails to Joyikey (Nicole Zhang ) who answered all of my concerns and questions very promptly, and I asked a lot of them.
