Chrome & White 3D Dial Non Ticking Sweeping Seconds Quartz Wall Clock with Thermometer & Hydrometer

Having recently bought 3 different smooth movement clocks that were supposed to be "silent" and none of them were, as while they didn't "Tick" they instead all made an even more and constant annoying noise of a sort of rat, tat, tat sound as the cogs that drive the smooth movement of the second hand constantly rattled away as the second hand goes round...This one however really is truly silent when hanging on the wall, you'd have to go right up to it and place your ear against it to hear anything (though why you might want to do that then I have no idea). So if the noises some clocks make would annoy you (as most seem to do) then this is the one for you if you like total silence when reading a book or even if it's in your bedroom and that noise most clocks of this type seem to make would drive you nuts when trying to fall asleep...Seems to keep pretty accurate timing and is still matching second for second a digital clock I have that keeps accurate time via the atomic radio controlled which auto updates the digital clock...The temperature gauge also is pretty accurate too and seems to match temperature on other devices I have around the house...The Hygrometer that measures air humidity then I have no idea if that's accurate or not as I don't have any other such devices in the the house to compare it against, It normally hovers around the mid 50 to 60 mark but during some recent very heavy thunderstorms we had it went way up to the high 70's, so it seems to be working...Only downside for some might be it's size/ diameter of 14 inches, normally 12 or 10 inch clocks is what I prefer but this one is only available in a 14" size. That said I have now got used to this bigger size and don't really notice the difference anymore...Clear, easy to read, looks the part, well made and most important of all TRULY SILENT and I have no hesitation in recommending this clock to any if like me a silent clock is what you are after...PS: I've seen this exact same clock sell for around the £50 mark on other websites and here on Amazon I got it for £24.89, so if the price is still around that here when you buy it then don't miss out cos it always seems to be far, far more expensive everywhere else...

Its a very nice looking clock but the one i received was a very poor time keeper losing 30 mins each day after the second day of use. I tried new batteries but it continued to lose time. Have returned and will try another but disappointing so far

This is my second purchase of the same clock. It looks classy, keeps good time and it's large. When you first hang it on the wall it takes a good 30 minutes for the temperature to read correctly. At first I thought it was broke as outside it was below 10 degrees and inside above 20 degrees.I guess I was expecting the temperature dial to whizz round straight away, it doesn't so ensure to give it time. This slow change is good and makes it far more accurate, imagine having the clock on a wall situated by a door, you wouldn't want it dropping 5 degrees each time you open the door and a cold breeze passed over it.As it states on the description, the clock is silent, my first clock is now over 6 months old and still on the same battery.

This clock looks good and is what I was looking for however it Doesn't work. The second dial goes round perfectly but the big hand and small hand stops working which is annoying. I thought there might have been a problem with the batteries however it was the clock. I wanted to return the product however I missed the deadline for return. I'm now stuck with a clock which malfunctions. Very disappointed.

Very pleased with this item. Excellent value and superb quality. Can't stop admiring it and it's completely silent. No annoying ticking and thermometer and hydrometer very handy indeed. Arrived very promptly and well packaged too.
