This stuff is PHENOMENAL! The backs of my hands looked like they belonged to a 90 year old, despite actually being many decades younger. I was embarrassed by their appearance. I've tried so many handcreams, they helped a little to resolve the paperiness but not much with the dried out wrinkled appearance. After just one day wearing O'Keefe's handcream my hands look youthful again. They now look like they did in my twenties. Every time I notice them I'm shocked at the wonders it's worked & it's got me wondering if it will work the same magic on my face haha!

This is the only moisturiser that doesn’t make my hands greasy or make me feel all kinds of wrong when touching paper etc (if you know you know..). I use this at least 15 times a day, you only need a tiny bit, and it lasts me at least 6 months of everyday use.Effective, makes my skin feel fresh and soft, helps a lot with dry hands, scent-free, bright packaging so you’ll likely see it from a mile away when you need it, amazing absorbency. This is the only moisturiser for me.

Wow! I very rarely write a product review. My hands had been suffering from peeling skin and split skin on my fingers. I had tried several well known expensive hand creams but nothing had worked. This product arrived & quite honestly, it's a miracle in a pot. After only 1 use over night my hands are 80% better. I didn't take any before/after pics which I'm sorry I didn't now. I am going to continue to use it 3-4 times per day. So, if you're suffering from sore, dry, cracked hands/fingers, this for you!

I've used this product before, so I knew it was excellent for moisturizing dry cracked hands. I had a nasty hand injury & when it was nearly healed the skin around the injury started to peel away. This cream has been absolutely brilliant at moisturizing the skin around the injury and preventing further damage & scarring. Love it.
