Great quality vitamins
This product was recommended to me and is very good quality. It really does help me sleep at night and I’d highly recommend it. I’m on my 3rd order. The only thing I'd mention is that I found the pills quite tricky to swallow, but this has resolved with time.

Magnesium Capsules
I've been taking these a while now, they do help with muscle aches and pains. I'm in my 50s and had slipped into a poor state of health while waiting for surgery. Muscle spasms throughout the day and through the night and difficulty sleeping because of it.I did try other ones but they were higher dosage and, I think, caused palpitations - this strength doesn't and it still works well. I take one before bed.

I am happy with this dosage I have sooo much problem with sleeping and craving for sweet chocolate after taking this for a month I feel really good now muscles are relaxed no muscle fatigue and no craving for chocolate my sleeping is also improve .

Certainly help with sleep!
The first night on these I got terrible stomach acid but a few extra hours sleep. Reduced dose to one the next night and slept for five hours straight. This is unheard of for me as a woman of a certain age! They take a while to settle but I think I’m sleeping better than I was. I’m now taking two an hour before bed and I certainly get to sleep faster.
