After trial and error with other prebiotic/probiotic products over the years, I am happy to find this Lifted Prebiotic! It does not cause me any bloating, gas issues, or constipation, and it has helped mellow out my temperamental gut! >insert praise hands<The bottle suggests taking them with a meal but for me personally, I don't have to. I take one capsule just before going to bed (they make me tired for whatever reason, as has every probiotic product I've ever tried).I absolutely do recommend giving this product a try, but I also highly recommend getting through at least one full bottle CONSISTENTLY to give it it's fair due. In the beginning, I was sporadic in taking it. Sporadically taking it made me realize it didn't constipate or bloat me, but it wasn't until I took it every night consistently that I noticed mood benefits. I didn't start taking it with that expectation, but I can honestly say that I have less PMS agitation, and I have handled some serious life schtuff here recently with a lot more calm than ever before in my life! >insert sheepish grin<

I use this brand of probiotics and it is the best I have ever used. It is very easy on your stomach and doesn't cause me to feel sick like some other probiotics do.

This was my first prebiotic, and had no previous experience with them. It causes great discomfort. Bloating, gas and always running to the bathroom. Make sure you do some research on prebiotics first.

too soon to tell about product but so far so good. easy capsule to swallow. doesn't smell like some. hoping it helps with digestive support as listed on product and a bump in mood would be nice too.

I’ve tested this product over the past nine months. Stopping taking it for a period of a month and it definitely gives me a boost of mood in a positive way while I’m taking it. I recommended it to many of my friends. I recommended to you highly as well.

I’m someone who is working to heal my sensitive gut, and I am trying to take prebiotics, probiotics, and fiber every day in that quest. This supplement looked like a good fit for me for that reason.These prebiotics are in the oligosaccharide family, and I had to Google to see what that was. Basically, these are fibrous components naturally present in plant foods that help feed healthy bacteria in our guts. The three kinds: galactooligosaccharides, xylooligosaccharides, and fructooligosaccharides are represented here in undisclosed ratios. It was interesting to do a web search to see which were present in which plant foods! It would have been nice to know ratios.Honestly, this is a powerful supplement and increases my gas a bit when I take it. It may be that the galactooligosaccharides have galactose, which is often hard to digest for folks who are lactose intolerant. I will still take these, but maybe not on work days, lol. That said, I am very sensitive. Even drip coffee is intolerable for my system. The supplement definitely works, and I will keep taking it, probably one capsule 2-3 times a week for now. Easy to swallow capsule, and I am grateful that it’s vegan. I know there is a gut-brain connection, and I’d love more info on the package about how these help liver and mood.Update: a few days after I wrote this the excess gas has dissipated and my system got used to them. At least I had “confirmation” that they work, haha! So the time for your system to get used to them isshort, and they are good stuff!

I first got this for my 82 year old mother who even though had been taking psyllium fiber daily, immediately experienced highly improved pleasant bathroom visits after starting this. And it's been equally helpful to me as well. Don't hesitate. It's a great addition to a supplement regime.
