I have been taking Omega-3 oil capsules for ten years now and certainly credit them with reducing my blood pressure to a normal level. Therefore, I was keen to try this product as it combines the benefits of Omega-3 and 6 (I must confess that I never knew that 6 even existed). Of course, I have no way of confirming the health claims for these, as I have only just started on the pack. However, I can confirm that they are the same shape and size as a 'normal' Omega-3 pill. A bit more expensive than the ones you find in the supermarket, for sure, but they may be better for you. Time, as ever, will tell.

I am delighted that it contains cold-pressed oils in a 4:1 ratio, meaning four parts Omega 6 to one part Omega 3. The company is based in the USA, claiming to manufacture its products in an NSF-certified facility, with a UK-based HQ in Cambridge.Balance Oil contains a proprietary lipid blend from non-GMO, organic safflower oil and flaxseed oil in a gelatine softgel (humectant, glycerin, water). All ingredients are gluten, dairy, and wheat-free, non-GMO, with no artificial additives or sugars, bleaching agents or preservatives, which for me is paramount.Balance Oil blends the essential fatty acids omega-6 and omega-3 in a ratio of 4:1, meaning four parts Omega 6 to one part Omega 3. WHO (World Health Organisation) has endorsed this ratio as an optimal balance of essential fatty acids in the body. Generally, we consume too much Omega-6 and not enough omega-3. However, we need both linoleic acid and linolenic acid for optimal health and for developing the body’s inflammatory response. Creating a balanced ratio of pure oils is paramount. Furthermore, as our brains are 60% fat, we must provide them with healthy fats critical to brain and body function. Balance Oil, with its 4:1 ratio, contains the essential fatty acids that our bodies cannot synthesize on their own.Heat extraction of essential fatty acids alters or even destroys them through processing. The cold-pressing and expelling protect GLA and LA delicate acids from organic and unrefined safflower and flaxseeds.It is recommended to take two softgels daily. However, contrary to the advice, I only take one softgel daily because I also take Primrose Oil (containing GLA & LA), nullifying the need to take two. They are easy to swallow with water. You probably did not know this, but the cell membrane is a 50/50 combination of lipids & proteins. Mixing Balance Oil with protein protects the sensitive oils and is an appropriate way to reproduce the natural structure of foods. Therefore, I take the softgef with my high-protein breakfast. I started taking the supplement a few days ago and know I am taking a high-quality product containing cold-pressed oil ingredients. I believe this supplement will improve my nails, hair, and skin in the long term and support my brain and liver.This tub will last me two months due to taking only one softgel daily, but the standard for the tub is 30 days supply. I find the price okay for a month’s supply, as the ingredients’ quality and increased bioavailability justify the cost. If you can afford it, I recommend this Balance Oil wholeheartedly. These capsules are quite large to swallow and you need to take 2 a day. I have brain fog thanks to the menopause and also get hot sweats in bed at night. I was hoping that the flaxseed this supplement contains might help relieve my symptoms a bit, but for me this supplement did not make any difference. My brain fog remained just the same too so the omega did not improve my concentration or memory unfortunately. It may just be that I am expecting a bit too much from this product, but it is rather pricey, so for me this is not a product I would order again.

Then I forgot about it until my menopause flared up recently. Hoping these will help alleviate some of the symptoms.

As I don't get sufficient intake of Omega 3 & 6 in my regular daily diet, these supplements are a good way to top up my fatty acids.They are very easy to swallow soft gel capsules and they do not have any after taste whatsoever.Do they work? Too early to tell and, as with all supplements, it takes a a few weeks to fully see their benefits but I am hopeful that these are going to work as they seem to be good quality.Overall, I am pleased with these which I will continue on taking.

60 capsules but requires 2 per day so only 1 month supply. the capsules are quite large and soft but they were not an issue to swallow. Gives omega 3 and 6 and since I do not each any fish them help me keep my essential fatty acids topped up in my body. Quality seems good but they are 14 pounds for a month supply so they are on the pricier side.

This pack comes with 60 softgel capsules that are easy to swallow, and you need to take 2-a-day.I regularly take essential oil supplements of one sort or another and find they help in a variety of ways. These seem to have maintained that after switching to them for a couple of weeks, maybe a month is just enough time to see if they are better or worse. They are a little more expensive though than my usual ones.

Been taking these for a few days now and seem good. No issues with them.
