Kayman dumbbells are ace
I have a few (inherited) pairs of neoprene dumbbells going up to 8kg but the handles were getting thick to grip. I bought 9kg metal handle dumbbells because of this as the handles are thinner but I have to wear gloves, plus they are longer which for some compound exercises can be a little awkward.. I came across the Kayman dumbbells and they had such great reviews I risked getting 10kg. So glad I did. The handles are ergonomically shaped so for me (a woman) a great grip and feel (I take a medium glove size just to give an idea of hand size. No gloves needed and they don't roll away doing plank rows and push ups (I can't put my hands flat on the floor because of wrist issues). I just wish I'd found the brand a lot sooner. Ten out of ten - well done!
