Yes, they are slow to "inflate"; however, I needed new pillows, so I am willing to wait for them to fluff up.

I wish the fact you have to order a size larger than your pillow casings was more up front and center. It’s there but not in the actual description…it’s in the “extras” at the side. Now I have 10 pillows that are under-stuffed. I’m wondering how many others have done the same because I see so many reviews that say they are flat.

I bought these inserts and then bought 16 x 16 covers and it turned out perfect. I put these pillows in the dryer as a suggested and I’m very happy with the way they turned out. The covers I bought were from BBKD set of 4 Coastal 16x16 Marine Animals. You need to buy these in 18x18 and then buy 16x16 covers for them.

I ordered two of these pillows to go with some colorful cases I bought online. I put the pillows out on my patio furniture near my pool. They work fine. They’re not super fluffy. Thought they would expand, but they didn’t but they fit the pillow case covers that I purchased so all is good.

I was really expecting a large box with 4 pillow inserts and when I received a much smaller box I thought that my order was in correct. NOT. The inserts came bundled up nicely with good instructions on getting them inflated , it was so easy. I would order from this company again.

Great value for the price! I was nervous about purchasing these, as some reviewers have talked about how they are flimsy and/or do not fill up the cases enough. Pay attention to the sizing recommendations. I purchased the 20x20 pillows for my 18x18 covers, fluffed the pillows in the dryer first (as recommended), and they fit and filled the covers perfectly! I can’t speak to the durability or weatherproofing yet, but will update later upon exposure to rain.
