The nutrition list was updated to stop hiding the lies of the company. It's worthless, synthetic Cyanocobalamin, which our bodies cannot use & it deposits Cyanide in our tissue over time the more we use supplements that contain it. :( Their claims of real food forms are deceptive.

I'm assuming that you mean folic acid (folate). Vitamin B complex is not usually considered an "eye vitamin". I don't know the form of B-12 in the vitamins, but the manufacture indicates that the vitamins are from fresh local foods. I do know that cyancobalamin is made by chemical process and has put me in the ER. So far this brand of vitamins has not.

Good quality - REAL RESULTS!

I order a lot of vitamins and different supplements from Amazon.And nothing works and never see results or feel it. This product is truly high quality vitamins! So good i had to leave a review.
