Q: My washer is less than 1/2 inch off floor. Can this get under it?

These sit under the appliance usually on the feet so you’ll have to raise the appliance up and place them under the feet of the washer.

Q: Are the wheels adjustable on the crowbar?

No, they are not. this is a decent little kit. better than most.

Q: picture shows 4 sets with 4 wheels each bug description only lists 4 wheels. What really comes?

We used this for kitchen table and sofas and chairs and filing cabinet while redoing our floor. Very handy! Worked great! Comes with 4 little trolleys (each with 4 wheels) and the other stuff. Very happy to have these for moving a lot of furniture around.

Q: Can in leave them under a freezer permanently?

Personally I wouldn’t. I would look for a bigger surface with wheels to put under a freezer
