Started working immediately. I only use it on my problem spots and I would suggest that because you’ll have to keep up with moisturizer as well which came down to me only using the product once a week usually. It still worked great. Maybe a few weeks now, and tone is become very even I used on my bum, knees, and elbows and any scars. I didn’t see a change much in the scars but hopefully that will just need some real time. Will buy again.
