Best Naturals DLPA 500 mg 120 Tablets

I've tried all kinds of mood-enhancing and anxiety-relieving herbal, vitamin, and amino supplements. This beats them ALL! Too much will literally make you uncomfortably giddy, lol. I've only needed one a day to get the needed mood boost. Paired with L-Tyrosine, it helped me survive 2020 while being on and off my usual medications. Now I take them to enhance and support the efficacy of my regular medication. Since they're amino acids like you get normally from many foods, they don't interfere with medication in any way like many other supplements do. Just making sure your brain has the basic tools it needs, like dopamine and serotonin, for the medications to work.The pills feel a bit unusual in how light they are, and they're long, kind of flat, and oblong. I'm including a picture so you can see the relative size of it next to a ballpoint pen for scale.

This stuff changed my life. It helped me with chronic pain, depression, appetite and cravings. The first day I took it I actually got of my couch and went for a run for the first time in a year. After taking this for some time, I require it less and less, but take it when I feel mopey, anxious, lazy or pained. It has helped my brain regulate my dopamine, which in turn helps me concentrate, remember, think, feel, and perform better. It's great for performance anxiety and focus, too.When I gave it to someone else, however, it elevated her heart rate and blood pressure and made her feel panicky. We switched her to DPA works fine for her, but the "L" brings on the speedy effects.

I take 1000mg twice a day. I can feel it working within 45 minutes. These tablets are sized perfectly. I started by taking 750mg twice a day and was having to split a tablet. They split easily and keep shape. I do use a pill splitter.

I bought this to control cravings and also to help me focus more. What happened instead is that it made my heart go out of whack, I started having irregular heartbeats and heart palpitations. I also felt intense anxiety because of the heart issues as it made my chest feel tight too. I am not sure why this happened, but I am quite afraid of taking this again and probably won't. If I did take it, I would take maybe one-half or one-third the dose.The good thing is that horrible side effect only lasted for about an hour. It was like I was going up a ramp, then at the top, all the heart stuff happened, and then once I started going down the other side, it stopped. However, this was not a ride I wanted to be on.Perhaps I do not have a problem with focusing, so there is no need for me to take this.Over the years I have taken a lot of supplements, and I've never had a reaction like this.

Felt no change after taking this product

Bought this product to help my bipolar husband and daughter. Both have felt so much better shortly after starting it! My husband who has some serious back and neck issues says it even helps ease his daily aches and pains. I have tried it for my PTSD and arthritis but did not experience the same effects they have. Which is ok, I have my own supplements to help with that. Very happy it has helped them both so much! As it has been a struggle to find natural supplements that reliably help.
