10 MONTH UPDATE—still pleased!
UPDATE 01/19/2020: Been using this earpiece now for 10 months, 8 hours a day, and remain pleased with it. After about 6 months, I switched to the 2nd one (comes in a 2-pack) because it seemed to fit a bit tighter. Over time, and with use, the springiness of the earpiece seems to slack just a bit, but it’s no big deal, and the earpiece itself continues to work well. Would I order it again? Well, I just did! I want some spares, just in case!————————————In my initial review of this walkie earpiece I gave it only 2 stars and said it was disappointing. I initiated a return and ordered a different set that promised excellent reception and clarity. I used this Commixc earpiece for a few more days until the new earpiece arrived then I switched over. Well, I found that the Commixc earpiece was actually superior to the replacement. I also found that I could adjust the fit in a certain way to make the reception clearer (I turn the actual earpiece somewhat sideways so it's not shouting directly into my ear canal and this has given me clearer transmission. I've kind of concluded that it's not the earpiece as much as it is my particular ear and hearing itself. I have cancelled the return of the Commixc earpiece and am happily using it daily at work. I think my expectations simply outstrip any earpiece's ability to satisfy. The Commixc earpiece is working fine, given the nature of the earpiece genre. and my particular hearing. I will repeat here that the earpiece is more comfortable than the Baofeng earpiece that came with my walkie, and also more comfortable and secure than the second earpiece that I ordered to replace the Commixc set. Don't hesitate to give this earpiece a try. My guess is that you'll be pleased...as I now am. I apologize to Commixc for the initial poor review and retract my evaluation of "disappointing".

Finally An ear piece that’s not big and it’s adjustable
Haven’t tried it yet to see if it’ll fit my radio, but hopefully it does because I love how it fits my ears. Finally an ear piece that doesn’t feel like an ear plug in my ear and it’s not too big. It’s adjustable to fit smaller ears.

Couldn't get it to work
When I was testing these earpieces I could not get them to work. I couldn't hear anything and whenever I would key in the mic, all anyone could hear was static. I had to return them.

Great customer service
the price on these is very attractive so I tried a set. I don’t think they were compatible with the model of radio I have. The company offered me a full refund though, and that makes me happy!
