Farkle is one of the best two (or more) person games that I have ever played. It is a great way to chase away the blues and welcome laughter and some healthy family (and friends) cheer. It is easy to learn. The competition is healthy and the game will be enjoyed by all the players. While rules of the game are included, part of the fun of playing Farkle is to adapt or modify the rules. It adds spice to the game. The rules are happily elastic. Every player will enjoy the tumble of these six dice.

We play this game frequently with just the two of us and also a group of friends. We’ve taught many people how to play and everyone likes it. Quick, easy game. We did pad the inside of the plastic can since the constant loud sound of the dice drove us crazy. Yes you could just get 6 dice , a notepad, and online rules, but it’s nice to have an official Farkle game box :-)

This was given to my 15 year old for Christmas and we have all enjoyed playing it together. The instructions are well explained and easy to get started. The most important information is found on the side of the box for easy score tallying. And the game length seems to be just right. It really has exceeded our expectations for a new boardgame. Highly recommend.
