Bought as a Gift - Great Quality
My son graduated from college and needed a bag for his laptop, ipad and books. We ordered this for a graduation gift. He uses the clip board for in processing patient forms and said this messenger bag was just what he needed and is very nice quality.

Great craftsmanship
This bag is perfect for my needs. Large enough to fit my laptop (15 in) and a few notebooks without being bulky. There is space for my hard drives, ipad, and other attachments. The bag is beautiful and sturdy and worth every penny.

Great bag initially but zippers are messed up (reviews say that but didn’t read prior)
This bag was great. My husband used to travel. However, the zippers are definitely messing up and malfunctioning after reading reviews it appears many other people have said the same about this bag. Amazon advised me to contact the manufacturer initially to see if they can do anything about it. I will update later.UPDATE 10/5/23: I reached out to the vender and provided pics of my bag. They have been great to work with and would definitely buy from them again! Great customer service and response time 😊

Hardware is the weak point
The bag itself is just fine. But the zipper has a little tab to pull open or shut and due to a large gap on the zipper the tab fell right out within a few weeks of owning this bag. But with the flap of the bag basically closing it, I just went on using the bad. Now with just a less then a year into using this bag, the shoulder strap disconnected at the hardware. The metal clasp fell out of the metal loop on the strap.What I really like about he bag are the side pockets. I can keep my umbrella in one side and a water bottle in the other for quick easy access. Too bad about the hardware though.
