This works
I rarely send reviews, however this product worked so well that I am compelled to leave one. I have been taking it for 6 months and during that time I have lost 30lbs. I really feel it has helped with cravings. Will continue to buy!

These pills aren’t easy to swallow, but they sure have helped in cutting my trygliserides , spelling, in half which is great news!

Did not get much out of it
I tried these because my holistic doc recommended I start taking berberine to help with insulin resistance. I took these for a month and I honestly didnt notice much from them. I did not lose any weight, I had no GI upset. I did take two in the morning and two at lunch. They didnt have much of a taste. I went with these because i read several things stating that the cinnamon helps with absorption. I did notice though the the actual berberine content is not as high as some other brands so I switched and have been much happier with the new product. You only actually get 200 mg of berberine per serving in this pill, which you need a higher dose for effectiveness from what I gather. Not a bad product but just wasnt the product for me.

Ceylon Cinnamon
I absolutely love Ceylon Cinnamon. They come in a capsule which makes it easy to swallow. Ceylon Cinnamon is the best cinnamon for your body. I even add it to my coffee in the morning. Nutriflair is a very good company as well.
