You can answer calls by simply pushing a button on the headset. Unlike the mechanical Remote Lifter (HL10) included with other Plantronics Wireless Headsets this one is electronic so you never have to worry about anything breaking down. The included EHS Interface Cable allows you to easily roam and by notified around the office without missing any calls.
