I ordered this for my wife and she absolutely loved it. The mug came in a very cute little box with protection for the mug inside. There were no chips n no cracks. Would recommend.

It's a little bit smaller than I expected, but just as described. (in my head I made it bigger) This is a gift for a coworker who loves coffee and is fond of cactus... it will be perfect on her desk and just right for that morning brew.
