A big improvement on the old no.12 covers. It is bigger (thicker and wider, also slightly taller), but it works, unlike the old ones where the fold goes the other direction (top to bottom instead of side to side like this). With the old covers the pad would constantly ride up and out of the cover, pushing the fold up so the cover would no longer cover the pad - very annoying.This is also more rigid, which I like - feels nicer and you can write on it more easily without needing to find a flat surface to support the pad. The pencil/pen holder is elasticated, which is a big improvement on the old cover too. I put a "Fisher space pen" in there (small and doesn't leak!), which leaves it not fully closed if you lay it flat, but the pen fits fine and doesn't stop it closing in your pocket. In fact even without the pen if you lay it on the table "the right way up", the cover doesn't close fully - maybe when it breaks in a bit it will.One part I don't get: Why did they leave the big gap at the top? Could lose a centimetre there with no downside I can see?Time will tell whether the bigger size makes me use it less.The blue one is a little purpler than I hoped it would be, but the photo seems accurate. I'm not ashamed to be seen with it, it's still relatively sober and I expect it'll break in after a bit and look a bit more authentically battered and less purple. At least it now looks less scarily like a policeman's black notebook.

Nice product, made well but I feel it is extremely overpriced for what it is, soft leather, cover not too hard but sturdy enough to support writing on. Handy pockets both sides to keep a few notes and room to hold a few more notepads inside. Would have been nice if there was an outer elastic or clip to close it.

I now have two of these. Great for keeping notebook flat and easy to write on.holds small pen too

Come tutti i prodotti Rhodia, è di ottima qualità e bello esteticamente. Questo colore, poi, è il mio preferito tra tutti i colori proposti. È un comodo portablocco formato A5, uguale alle foto. Ci stanno 2 blocchi A5, uno da usare e uno fi scorta, se vi va. È similpelle praticamente senza odore, piacevole al tatto. Lo consiglio.

Muy bonito, suave, la distribución es cómoda. Le pongo como pega la capacidad de almacenaje que podría ser mayor, siendo un poco más ancho como los de TOUS u otras marcas.

Il porta blocco è ben fatto, non troppo spesso e può ospitare sia blocchi con la rilegatura in alto che in formato quaderno.
