Not sure what it is supposed to do. But it seems to work. I see changes in my metabolism. I think it is working. And a very good price.

I recently found out I had type 2 diabetes from a blood test showing my blood sugar level to be 226 (in the morning, having not eaten since the previous night). After confirming with an A1C test, my doctor prescribed Metformin. I decided to do some research before picking up the prescription. I saw the side effects, which I wasn't thrilled about. I then started looking at alternatives, which led me to Berberine. After researching and reading all the positive reviews, I decided I wanted to give it a go before taking Metformin. I returned to my doctor's office for a follow-up, having been taking Berberine for a week (combined with improved diet and exercise habits), and my blood sugar level was down to 133. A couple weeks later I purchased a blood sugar monitor to use at home, and my first-thing-in-the-morning blood sugar levels have been consistently under 100. When I've tested myself 1-2 hours after a meal, I have yet to get a reading of over 125. In addition, I've lost 20 lbs in a month and a half, and have experienced no side effects whatsoever. And in spite of the aforementioned improved diet, I still occasionally eat some of my favorite foods that are not recommended for diabetics (pizza, tacos, etc). If you have type 2 diabetes, to say I recommend this product would be a massive understatement.

To be completely honest, I decided to give these pills a try as an alternative to the “shot” that everyone is getting to lose weight.I have not lost any weight but these pills have definitely made me less bloated and I feel better. The bottle says to take for 4 weeks before you see results; I’ve been on them for 3.I read a review that the pills caused constipation, but they have had the opposite effect on me.They don’t taste bad, leave an aftertaste or cause any stomach issues.

I am going to try not to be too wordy!!! I've been using this product for 4 days! Yes, Four days!On the first day, I felt a HUGE change in my blood sugar. My body is very sensitive to carbohydrates/Sugar!!! I watch what I eat, and when I eat. I am also very in tune with my body, so just with one dose, I can tell if a product will work or not for me!With that said, I ordered 'Berberine with Ceylon Cinnamon'! I only took one! WoW! I could feel my blood sugar staying steady after my meals. I am soooo happy! Now on day 4, I am still taking just one! Recommended daily dose is 2.I have had wonderful results with this product! As you may expect, I will be buying again!Excellent Product.

This product definitely helps curb your appetite. I’m so used to picking at things, I just need to get out of the habit of doing it. This definitely has helped.

I first found out about Berberine quite a while ago. I didn’t know exactly what it was for, but I knew it was something good. I looked everything up about it and it is something very good that all of us can take. I suggest you look it up as well if you’re interested in it very good product.
